Indulge and Inspire - The Retreat for Busy Women.

Working more hours and spending more time attached to digital devices can leave you feeling exhausted and disengaged.
The Indulge and Inspire retreat is designed with busy women in mind and offers a two night escape from the norm to recharge, rebalance and re-boot body and mind.
Set at a stunning venue in rural Norfolk, the Indulge and Inspire retreat will focus on mindfulness, in the form of meditation and yoga; nutrition, and a little pampering. Helping you to create healthy habits that you can take home and continue to benefit from beyond the weekend.

The experience:


  • This bespoke retreat includes two nights bed and breakfast at the beautiful, Breathing Space, Norfolk.
  • Two nutritious, two course evening suppers sharing the company of like-minded women.
  • A 90 minute invigorating morning yoga class
  • A healthy lunch
  • An evening of uplifting sound guided meditation
  • Your choice of treatment by one of our super talented therapists
  • An evening talk from nutritionist (TBC) or success coach Dr Melissa Wright Khan
