The Mindful Cook Food Retreats at Breathing Space, Norfolk.

Josie will be running The Mindful Cook food retreats on the 16/17th February and the 13/14 April 2018.

A weekend food retreat where we will create some tasty, healthy dishes together and share some insights into how to prepare and eat food mindfully.
You will join other guests for two nights where Josie will be preparing some flavourful, balanced dishes for dinner and lunch. You can get hands-on in some simple food preparation, enjoy sharing some healthy meals with fellow guests, and have lots of fun doing it!  At the end of the weekend you will leave having learned some new dishes, gained some knowledge on ingredients and have the recipes and know-how to re-create them at home.
The aim is to get you to re-think your relationship with food, how you prepare and eat it and learn some simple techniques to help you cook and eat mindfully. A mindful meditation will also be included in the weekend, run by one of the fantastic therapists at Breathing Space.
The recipes will be seasonal, nutritionally balanced and at least one gluten free and one vegan dish will be included. If you have any specific requests, get in touch and we will do what we can to feature your requirements.

The retreat runs from Friday evening to Sunday morning and includes two nights bed and breakfast, all meals and a mindful meditation session.

The price is: £300 for single occupancy and £270 each if you share a room. Includes, bed and breakfast and all meals.
