Karen From the Priory and Kath From the Life Long Learning Company came to stay last week for a business training session. It was wonderful to have breathing Space filled with such great energys!

Earth hour

We had some lovely guests here at breathing space last week and we supported the world wide 'Earth Hour' by turning all electrics off and having dinner by candlelight. It was Magic!

If everyone did this once a month for 1 hour, image how powerful that would be and how much energy we could save!

What a great way to start an evening after a Reki Workshop with Gretal, one of our guests Lulu having sometime on the beach watching the sun go down.

1st March.... What an amazing day feels like the first day of spring, at last! Angela and I went for a early morning walk across the cliffs at Happisburgh, it was stunning and sky Larks were out and singing. We are looking forward to a 2 day Reki course at Breathing Space this week run by Gretal

Hello to you all, have had a busy January at Breathing Space lots of great people coming and going making my january very bright. There are lots of seals down on the beach still, guests have been going off with their packed lunches and watching them even in this weather!

Saturday 25th July

Mags and Angela had a great walk across the cliffs at Happisburgh, then onto the beach at north gap, with a rug and a chilled glass of pinot, a lovely way to spend the evening watching the sun go down. Looking forward to Helen and friends coming this weekend hoping we can do the same.
