Ever stayed with us and thought it might be nice to learn some of the recipes we use?

Now is your chance!

Josie will be running The Mindful Cook food retreat on November 24th and 25th. You will get to watch Josie as she makes some tasty balanced main courses and desserts. You can get hands-on in some simple food preparation, enjoy sharing some healthy, tasty meals with fellow guests, and have lots of fun doing it! At the end of the weekend you will leave having learned some new dishes, gained some knowledge on ingredients and have the recipes and know-how to re-create them at home. 
The recipes will be seasonal, nutritionally balanced and at least one gluten free and one vegan dish will be included. If you have any specific requests, get in touch and we will do what we can to feature your requirements.
The aim is to get you thinking about food, how you prepare and eat it and learn some simple, healthy recipes and tips on how to fit a healthy diet into your lifestyle.

The retreat runs from Friday evening to Sunday morning and includes two nights bed and breakfast, all meals and a mindful meditation session.
